Paying for YONDELIS^®

J&J withMe can help explain your potential out-of-pocket costs and identify cost support options that may help with managing your out-of-pocket costs for YONDELIS^®—whether you have commercial or private health insurance, government-funded healthcare coverage such as Medicare or Medicaid, or have no insurance coverage.

• J&J withMe Savings Program for eligible patients with commercial or private health insurance
• Information about other resources that may help with your out-of-pocket medicine costs, including Medicare resources and independent sources of support

A J&J withMe Care Connector will work closely with you and your doctor to help you get started by:

Reviewing your health plan benefits to help answer questions you may have about insurance coverage for YONDELIS^®

Offering treatment education resources

Identifying independent organizations that may provide assistance with costs associated with travel to and from treatment

Identifying and coordinating with a specialty pharmacy to arrange shipment of your YONDELIS^®, if applicable

Staying on track
